Great Skuas live on the sands of South and Southwest Iceland where most of the North-Atlantic stock lives. It is a very aggressive bird that lives mainly on fish but steals eggs and even kills other birds for food. They have even been known to kill birds as big as Geese, Gannets and Great Black-backed Gull. It arrives in mars and april and it fiercely defends it's nest for intruders.
