| Built and used as a prison around 1760 the Government House with the Prime Minester's offices now has a more important role. As proof of how peaceful the city is there is no fence and the doors are unlocked just like the next common office. With two statues out in front and a colourful bed of flowers it's a typical Reykjavik scene. |
