Stodvarfjordur is one of the small fjords in The East Fjords. It has it's share of mountains though and a village with the same name. Here a glimpse of sunshine falls on the mountains at seven o'clock in the evening in late july. At that time in the year it is never dark but daylight is beginning to give way to darkness in the middle of the night.		Close window
