The area west of Lómagnúpur has some nice mountain formations. The surface is covered with lava in many places both new and rough like this one and older, more grown lava. Lómagnúpur is the cliff to the right almost 800 metres high and the glacier in the far distance is Mt. Öræfajökull.		Close window
