There are 8 towns in West Iceland. Most of them are fishing towns, but all are somewhat different due to their unique surroundings and location relative to the fishing areas. There are some beautiful and very interesting towns in this part of the country and all are constantly improving their facilities for tourists as the number of visitors steadily grow every year.
